Your vision, our experience

Holding a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University, I have spent my career as a lead designer and MEP/FP project manager. My project experience includes residential, commercial core and shell, commercial interiors, and cultural spaces in the New York City area. With over a decade of design and construction experience, I am a registered Professional Engineer and LEED accredited. 

Inspired by the beautiful homes of New Jersey and the communities that surround them, my journey to found Jardín Homes began with my own home renovation. My background in the New York City real estate market revealed the residential construction process to be disjointed and surprisingly challenging, with hidden costs and more responsibilities on the owner. Determined to provide a more streamlined experience for homeowners, I set out to offer the services of an owner’s representative to the residential market, guiding homeowners from initial concept to construction.

Our mission at Jardín Homes is to enhance beautiful homes and neighborhoods, ensuring that homeowners can take pride in their communities. We aim to create neighborhoods where everyone is proud to live.
